I’m Ashleigh Askwith.
I’m a a wife, mother, blogger and extremely passionate about health promotion in churches.
The blogs beginnings…
The blog started in 2016 in which I wrote a blog post each day for the period of Lent. It was a powerful period of time that propelled my journey into discovering more about my faith, health and my vocation.
The blog today…
The blog continued after that first period of Lent and has developed into what you may have seen today. My passion is still the Church and health promotion, taken from my former life as a pharmacist and my exploring life through the church.
My life has changed and developed and with that so has this blog and I believe it will continue to do so. It has been lovely to take this journey with my many readers and I hope that this blog is going to continue to develop in new ways, growing as God desires.
